Brenda Fisher, PPS
Brenda Fisher, PPS, received the Personal Property Specialist designation in June 2010. Fisher serves as the TPP Valuation Director for the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s Office in Sarasota, FL. She has held that position for 6 years. She began her assessment career in 1986 serving as a Clerk/Assistant for Rande Chmura in Putnam, CT. Fisher also worked for J.F. Ryan and Associates in revaluation and eventually accepted the position of Assessor serving concurrently in the towns of Chaplin, Hampton, and Sprague, CT. She is a member of the Florida Chapter of the IAAO and earned the CFE designation. In her spare time Fisher is an avid motorcyclist and is active in Christian Motorcyclists and the Motor Maids. She joined the IAAO in 2004.
