Gail Renkas, RES
Gail Renkas, RES, received the Residential Evaluation Specialist designation in February 2013. Renkas serves as Senior Market Commercial Appraiser for SAMA in Melfort, Saskatchewan and has held that position for two and one half years. She attained a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan. Renkas also received the certificate in real property assessment from the University of British Columbia. She is a member of the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists and the Saskatchewan Assessment Appraisers Association. Renkas joined IAAO in 2012.
