Dominic A. Basile, RES
Dominic A. Basile, RES, received the Residential Evaluation Specialist designation in February 2013. Basile serves as Deputy Fiscal Officer for the Summit County Fiscal Office in Akron, Ohio. He has held that position for 2 years. Basile previously served as an Appraisal Intern and Appraisal Technician 1 & 2. He attended the University of Akron and is a certified residential real estate appraiser thru the state of Ohio Department of Commerce. Basile began working for Summit County as student help in the Treasurer’s Office at the age of 16. He also worked in the Recorder’s Office, Auditor’s Office, and Appraisal Department. Basile joined IAAO in 2010.
