Send written comments to Executive Director Lisa Daniels, Daniels@iaao.org by June 15, 2010. Proposed changes to IAAO constitution and bylaws will be exposed to the IAAO membership for a minimum of 30 days in accordance with IAAO Procedural Rule 7.5.1.5.
Standard on Verification and Adjustment of Sales

This is the second exposure draft of a proposed new technical standard that provides guidance for verifying and adjusting sales used in developing mass appraisal models and performing sales ratio studies.
The intent and effect of this proposal is to provide a new technical standard.

Substantial revisions were made to specific sections in the range of 3.3.2 through 4.3 (Sections without changes in this range do not appear in this exposure draft. Please refer to the current standard to see these other sections). No other sections of the standard have been opened for revision at this time.
